Account Manager provides coordination across all technology teams within DC and technology service providers.

Accountable for implementation and management of Voice, Data and Application setup

Manages virtual technology team to deliver in accordance with agreed to KPI s and service levels.

Manages escalated issues and incidents.

Escalation point for the DC business SDO team for any tasks and deliverables across the IO team.

Accountable for monthly project review with business SDL stakeholders in DC

Accountable for Infrastructure budgets forecasts recoveries

Works with SDL to manage IO scope to client commitments

The initial point of contact for IO technology change requests

Interface to client IT support teams and DCN IT

Participates with the client on IT planning

Qualifications

Key Responsabilities :

  • Manages virtual technology team to deliver in accordance with agreed to KPI s and service levels.
  • Manages escalated issues and incidents.

  • Accountable for monthly project review with business SDL stakeholders in DC

  • Works with SDL to manage IO scope to client commitments

  • Participates with the client on IT planning

Required Experience :

  • A good relationship with Client and Operation users
  • Have good control of the Projects
  • Be resilient to deal with SDLs
  • Accept teamwork
  • Minimum 3 year of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for Fortune 500 customers;

experience working on and managing enterprise scale projects or it's equivalent coursework.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in one or more digital marketing methodologies, or architectures or it's equivalent coursework.
  • Minimum 1 year experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proven experience communicating with key senior stakeholders and project sponsors.
  • Able to demonstrate high-impact improvement made to an process that was in-process.
  • English Advanced.
