Develop, create, and implement IT processes and policies as it relates to Change Management / Control, Compliance, Governance, and Vendor Management.

Analyze and determine the appropriate course of action for non-compliance / conformance deviations. The Analyst, IT End User Trainer is responsible for the curriculum and facilitation for IT End User training needs within the LATAM region.

Candidates should have the ability to oversee multiple training projects and tasks simultaneously, have a positive demeanor, eye for detail, and translate technical language into layman’s terms.

The IT End User Trainer should also possess strong communication skills and have the ability to work both independently and within a team.

This position will report to the U.S. into the Global IT Services, Global End User Training Department and is based in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities : Develop region-specific native language course material and communications (training material, web-based training, videos)Deliver one-on-one and custom training in region-specific native languageProvide support and trainingServe as regional Focal / VoC to ensure consistent global trainingWork with the SMEs in regard to training material and content to be covered;

update training documents as neededPerform administrative duties associated with conducting instructor-led training (including all pre-training prep work, administering schedules, obtaining system logins, sign-in sheets and post-training assessments, travel coordination, conference room and IT setup, training calendar invitations and management)Manage regional IT course offerings in LMSMaintain updated records of training curriculum and materialsMonitor and report VoC metrics to ensure continuous improvementPerform related duties as assigned or requestedDevelop, create, and implement IT processes and policies as it relates to Change Management / Control, Compliance, Governance, and Vendor Management including activities within the full life cycle of the designated IT processes such as : Negotiates and interprets change requests to IT systems to ensure they are managed in a controlled manner and determine and follow up on any additional technical information that may be needed.

Develops and creates internal and external processes for IT Governance (e.g., system and data access.Collaborates with IT stakeholders to negotiate and establish vendor contracts and service level agreements.

Compiles and consolidates data for recurring and ad-hoc management reporting and metricsEducation and Experience : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline , 2 Years of experience previous related experience required.

Additional Skills : Experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer or similar roleQuick learner of new applications and / or technologies, and previous experience with training users on the Windows suite and Office applications preferredProven ability to present technical training material to groups of 10+ participantsAdaptable to changing priorities and directionGood understanding of corporate computer security principlesExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainlyAbility to interact professionally with all organizational levelsAbility to adapt to colleagues with diverse cultural backgroundsLimited use and / or application of basic principles, theories, and conceptsLimited knowledge of industry practices and standardsApplies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issuesDevelops competence by performing structured work assignmentsAdditional certification in training (e.
